Small Group Training

A Session

  • Everything that one on one training offers, but in a team environment.
  • All small group training is 60 minutes long.
  • Small Groups consist of 2-6 people
  • Share in the experience of working out! Group Training makes working out fun
  • Stay Accountable to yourself, and your group, getting better results faster!
  • Intensity , It’s normal to want to work harder in a group setting!
